Delivery Information
We will make every effort to make sure you get your order on time, securely and discreetly packaged. We always use hand-picked courier services to deliver your order safely.
All orders are shipped in plain packaging.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
For UK orders if no one is available to sign for the parcel it may be left with a neighbour or returned to the local courier depot and instructions will be left on how to arrange a redelivery.

The vast majority of orders are processed and shipped the next working day after receipt of order and delivered the day after that.

Packages exceeding 5kg in weight may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you before shipping if this is the case.
Our goal is to process orders within 7 working days of order confirmation and payment.
Your order will be shipped once the payment has been approved, the address has been verified, and the merchandise is in stock.
Non UK Europe Mainland: Average delivery is 7 to 12 days from order confirmation. However, this time may be affected by stock availability and/or customs delays.
Please note that all overseas orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.
